HOLIDAY CLUB 2026:
Times
• Program: 8:00 AM – 13:00 PM
• Drop-off: Between 7:30 – 8:00 AM
• Pick-up: Between 12:30 – 13:00 PM
Please collect your child on time. If someone else is fetching them, let our team know at drop-off.
Parking
• Please park in the designated Hope Family Church area.
• Our friendly parking team will assist you on arrival.
• Kindly avoid using the Pick n Pay parking.
Registration & Payment
• If you haven’t paid online, you can pay at the door (cash or card).
• Cost: R50 per day or R200 for the full week.
• If paying daily, please do so during morning check-in.
Food & Snacks
• Please pack a water bottle and lunch for your child each day.
• Sweet treats will be for sale at our tuck shop.
Dress-Up Theme Days
Let’s have some fun! Encourage your child to dress up for these themed days:
• Tuesday: Funky Socks
• Wednesday: Favourite sea animal
• Thursday: Crazy Hair
• Friday: Gown and Slippers
Age Group
Holiday Club is for kids aged 4 years to Grade 6. If your child has special needs or requires extra support, feel free to reach out so we can prepare to welcome them well.
Communication
If we need to reach you during the day, we’ll use the contact details you provided during registration.
Safety & Medical Info
• All volunteers have been screened and trained.
• First-aid support is available on site.
• If your child has allergies or medical needs and you haven’t shared that with us yet, please email us as at hopekids@hopefamily.org as soon as possible.
Photos & Media
We may take photos during the week for church social media or future promotions. If you do not want your child to appear in any photos, please let us know at check-in.
